A new video on Beyoncé‘s Instagram has set the record straight about her natural hair and shut down any criticism that she’s unqualified to sell hair care products because she wears wigs.

Since the launch of her hair care line, Cécred, fans have posted videos demonstrating how the products perform on their hair, but now Queen Bey and her ‘long and healthy’ natural locks have entered the chat.

“The stigma and misconception is that people that wear wigs don’t have long and healthy hair — that’s some bulls–t,” she playfully noted in the video shared on Monday. “Because it ain’t nobody’s business.”

The Grammy winner shared an intimate look at her own washing routine in the video, showing off natural hair that flows down to her waist.

“Now that Cécred is known for the quality and what it does for your hair, I think it’s about time I show y’all what it does for my hair,” Beyoncé says. She narrates while her hairstylist, Neal Farinah, washes, conditions, blow-dries and styles her long and luxurious locks.

Beyoncé says her hair “has never grown so long” nor “been so moisturized” as it has been with her product line. She also says she blow drys on medium heat in order to “stay away from as much heat as possible.”

Beyoncé also credits Cécred products for how she’s maintained healthy hair despite having color-treated for years with her signature blonde highlights.

“Maintaining 25 years of blonde on natural hair through all the experimenting I do has played a huge part in developing @cecred’s products. It’s the hardest to keep color-treated hair healthy and strong, but @cecred is here,” Beyoncé captioned the post. “All quality, with NO shortcuts. Congratulations to the entire CÉCRED team for contributing to developing award-winning products.”
